The new “TACTICAL DESERT” is a bolt action rifles for long distance, “tactical” shooting.
The barrel’s muzzle diameter is 1”. The oversize increases rigidity and produces vibrations of higher frequency but less width, in order to reduce the dispersion of the pattern on the target .
The barrels, forged by cold hammering process, are made out in Chromium-Molybdenum high strength steel.
The breech and the action, made out of high resistance steel, are processing by machine tools and, at last exposed to heat treatment to guarantee high strength and limitless durability.
The synthetic stock has the special “desert camo” cover. The standard equipment includes also an adjustable, both in elevation and deviation, cheek piece. Finally, specific spacer systems loaded on the recoil pad are also available to set different lengths of pull.
Barrel, receiver and action are completely covered with an high durability cerakote varnish finish.
These rifles come standard with a three-lever “match-type” trigger system
